1. Definitions
- Client: The individual or entity engaging Super Hub LLC for SEO services.
- Super Hub LLC: The company providing SEO services.
- Project: The specific SEO work or services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
- Deliverables: The final reports, analytics, or any other materials produced as part of the project.
2. Engagement of Services
2.1. The Client agrees to hire Super Hub LLC for the specific SEO services described in the project proposal or agreement.
2.2. Super Hub LLC agrees to provide these services to the best of its abilities and within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for SEO services will be as detailed in the project proposal or agreement.
3.2. Super Hub LLC may require an initial deposit or milestone payments as specified in the project proposal.
3.3. If additional work or changes to the project scope are required, Super Hub LLC will provide an estimate for the extra cost, and any additional work will be subject to a separate agreement.
4. Project Timeline
4.1. Super Hub LLC will provide the Client with an estimated timeline for the project’s completion. Timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Revisions
5.1. The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Ownership and Rights
6.1. Upon full payment, the Client will have full ownership and rights to the final Deliverables for the project.
6.2. Super Hub LLC retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.
9. Liability
9.1. Super Hub LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Deliverables.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
